TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR TIPSY TOAD BOOKING

It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol, attempt to purchase or consume alcohol at the event. We would suggest that anyone who looks or could be Thought to be under the age of twenty one brings photographic ID/proof of age with them or we will not be able to serve them. We will also refuse to serve anyone who purchases or attempts to purchase alcohol for someone under the age of 18 or for someone who has previously been refused alcohol by the “The Tipsy Toad” staff.

We will refuse to serve anyone at the event who is or appears to be excessively drunk or uses threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff, customers or other guests. The decision on such matters will be taken by the bar staff and will be final. The bar staff also reserve the right to close the bar at any time if in their opinion unruly or troublesome behaviour has arisen or is likely to arise within the venue or its environs.

“The Tipsy Toad” will be the sole provider of all beverages at the event unless previously agreed. It will not be permitted for anyone to consume their own drinks at the event. This is very important as it will affect our insurance and licensing and may result in closure of the bar and The Tipsy Toad will be within its rights to end the agreement and leave the event.

At each Event “The Tipsy Toad” will obtain a license (TENS) which is required for every event in order to sell alcohol, (unless the venue has its own license - we will need to see a copy of this prior to providing our services in this is the case).
 
We will require power to bring the Tipsy trailer to life! (if power is unavailable we can discuss the hire of a generator - at a cost to the client(s)) 
 
We will need access to the venue prior to the event and also allowed sufficient time to close the bar and vacate the venue (timing to be discuss and of a mutually agreeable timeframe)

The client(s) is liable for any wilful act of damage caused to the trailer or equipment by the client(s) or any guests or persons allowed to the venue by the client. We expect to lose a few glasses or even have a couple breakages but “The Tipsy Toad” reserves the right to charge the client like for like replacement costs should the damaged items amount to more that £15.00.
 
Whilst every effort will be made by “The Tipsy Toad” to complete orders, “The Tipsy Toad” cannot be held liable for variation or non-completion of orders due to Act of God, fire, flood, storm, gale, tempest, war, pandemic, terrorist, strikes, riots, lockouts or any other civil disturbance.
 
We provide compostable/recyclable plastic glasses for all drinks/packages provided by “The Tipsy Toad”. If you are providing any of your own drinks you will be required to hire appropriate glassware.

BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS
The booking fee of £175.00 is to secure your event date. The booking fee is a non-refundable fee used to obtain licensing and any extra insurance/stock we may require. (In the unlikely event of the venue and/or the event being refused an alcohol license the booking fee less any costs incurred in the alcohol license application process will be refunded.)
 
Aswell as your booking fee, we must also received your signed and dated booking form.

Upon acknowledgement of your booking fee and your signed and dated booking form a legally bound contract between "The Tipsy Toad” and the client(s) named on the booking form will be secured.

A 20% deposit on any drink packages or extras will be due at the time of booking with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the event.
 
 
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Whilst every effort will be made by “The Tipsy Toad” to complete orders, “The Tipsy Toad” cannot be held liable for variation or non-completion of orders due to Act of God, fire, flood, storm, gale, tempest, war, pandemic, terrorist, strikes, riots, lockouts or any other civil disturbance.

Your booking can be cancelled anytime up to 72 hours prior to the event star date and time. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.
 
Any balances paid towards extra drink packages are refundable as long as the cancellation is made more that 30 days prior to the event.
 
If 72 hours notice is not received for a cancellation the full and final balance will be payable.
