What sort of events can we cater to?
We can provide bar services for many different events, from weddings, corporate hospitality, company product launches, sports events, festivals, outdoor concerts and equestrian events. Get in touch to see if the Tipsy Toad could be right for you.
Can I design a mobile bar package for my event?
Yes!
We love to sit down with you and build a bar package to suit your event!
Do I need to obtain any licenses?
Your event will probably require a TENS (Temporary Events Notice) license to be obtained from the local authorities. The Tipsy Toad obtain this license for you and the cost will be covered in the hire price.
Do I need to take out insurance for the bar?
No, We have our own Public Liability insurance in place to cover all bar services.
Do you provide soft drinks?
Yes, we offer soft drinks on our mobile bars. We also provide water FOC

How do we book?

Does the Tipsy Trailer need power?
We do have a bottle fridge and freezer in the trailer so do require power - we can connect to mains power or we can arrange the hire (at an extra change) of a suitable generator.
What glasses do you use?
We use compostable/recyclable plastic glasses.
When is payment due?
We require the hire price to be paid upon booking to secure the date and to obtain any licenses etc we may need.
If any other packages have been added on, the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
